NaviPOS provides comprehensive reports to help you understand your business performance and make informed decisions.


Accessing Reports

Go to Reports in the main menu. All reports can be:

  • 📅 Filtered by date range — Today, this week, this month, custom range
  • 📄 Exported to PDF — For printing and archiving
  • 📊 Exported to Excel — For further analysis in spreadsheets

Sales Reports

Daily Sales Summary

A snapshot of your day's business:

  • Total revenue
  • Number of transactions
  • Average transaction value
  • Payment method breakdown (Cash, M-Pesa, Card, Credit)
  • Comparison with previous day

Sales by Product

See which products are performing:

  • Top 10 best sellers
  • Slow-moving products
  • Revenue per product
  • Quantity sold per product
  • Profit margin per product

Sales by Category

Understand category performance:

  • Revenue by category
  • Percentage contribution of each category
  • Growth trends over time

Sales by Employee
