NaviPOS provides comprehensive reports to help you understand your business performance and make informed decisions.
Accessing Reports
Go to Reports in the main menu. All reports can be:
- 📅 Filtered by date range — Today, this week, this month, custom range
- 📄 Exported to PDF — For printing and archiving
- 📊 Exported to Excel — For further analysis in spreadsheets
Sales Reports
Daily Sales Summary
A snapshot of your day's business:
- Total revenue
- Number of transactions
- Average transaction value
- Payment method breakdown (Cash, M-Pesa, Card, Credit)
- Comparison with previous day
Sales by Product
See which products are performing:
- Top 10 best sellers
- Slow-moving products
- Revenue per product
- Quantity sold per product
- Profit margin per product
