Commissions & Payouts

As an affiliate partner, you earn a commission on every NaviPOS license sale and renewal attributed to your account.

Commission Tiers

Your commission rate depends on your tier, which is determined by your number of active clients:

| Tier | Active Clients | Commission Rate | |------|---------------|-----------------| | 🥉 Bronze | 0 – 5 | 10% | | 🥈 Silver | 6 – 15 | 15% | | 🥇 Gold | 16 – 30 | 20% | | 💎 Platinum | 31+ | 25% |

Tiers update automatically when your active client count crosses a threshold.

Monthly Statements

• 1st of each month — The system calculates your commissions for the prior month and generates a draft statement
• 3rd of each month — Your approved statement is emailed as a PDF and shown in your portal

Viewing Your Commissions

Go to Commissions in the sidebar to see:

• 📊 Current month earnings estimate
• 📅 Year-to-date total
• 🏆 Lifetime total
• 👥 Breakdown by client
• 📈 Tier progress bar showing how close you are to the next level

Payouts

Commissions are paid via M-Pesa B2C to your registered M-Pesa number.

• Payouts happen after your statement is approved by the NaviPOS admin team
• Typically completed by the 5th of each month
• You receive an SMS confirmation when the payout is sent

Disputes

If you believe a commission statement is incorrect:

1. Open the Chat feature in your partner portal
2. Contact the NaviPOS admin team with details of the discrepancy
3. Disputes are easier to resolve before payout — don't wait
