License Payments & Renewals

Keeping your NaviPOS license active is simple. Here's everything you need to know about payments and renewals.


How to Pay

Via M-Pesa (Recommended)

The fastest way to renew:

  1. Log in to portal.navipos.co.ke
  2. Click Renew License
  3. Select your renewal period
  4. An M-Pesa STK Push is sent to your registered phone
  5. Enter your M-Pesa PIN to confirm
  6. License activates instantly — no waiting

Via Bank Transfer

  1. Contact sales@navipos.co.ke for bank details
  2. Make the transfer with your license key as reference
  3. Email proof of payment to sales@navipos.co.ke
  4. License activated within 24 hours

Via Your Affiliate Partner

Pay your affiliate partner directly (cash, M-Pesa, or bank transfer). They process the renewal through their portal.


Automatic Reminders

NaviPOS sends renewal reminders automatically:

What Happens on Expiry

When your license expires:

  • ⚠️ NaviPOS enters restricted mode
  • 📊 You can view existing data (sales history, inventory, reports)
  • 🚫 You cannot process new sales, add products, or modify data
  • ✅ Renewing instantly restores full access — no data is lost

Payment History

View all your payment history in the Client Portal:

  1. Go to portal.navipos.co.ke
  2. Click Invoices in the navigation
  3. View and download PDF invoices for all payments
