Get up and running with NaviPOS™ in just a few steps.

For Business Owners

Step 1 — Contact NaviPOS or an Affiliate Partner

Step 2 — Choose Your License

NaviPOS offers flexible license plans — Trial (free), Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime. All plans include full features with no limitations. Contact your affiliate partner or NaviPOS sales for current pricing.

Step 3 — Installation

Your affiliate partner will:

Install NaviPOS on your business computer
Connect barcode scanners, receipt printers, and other peripherals
Import your product catalogue (from Excel or manual entry)
Configure M-Pesa and other payment methods
Train you and your staff on using the system

💡 Tip: Installation typically takes 1–2 hours including training.

Step 4 — Start Selling

Launch NaviPOS, scan your first product, and process your first sale. It's that simple.

For Affiliate Partners

Step 1 — Apply

Visit navipos.co.ke and submit your affiliate partner application with your full name, business name, county, phone number, and a description of your client base.

Step 2 — Get Approved

The NaviPOS team reviews applications within 24 hours. On approval, you receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS and email.

Step 3 — Set Up Your Account

Go to resellers.navipos.co.ke/setup
Enter your OTP (valid for 48 hours)
Complete your profile — business details, county, bank account, and M-Pesa number
Set your password and enable two-factor authentication

Step 4 — Start Growing

Your partner portal is now active. Add your first client, request a license, and start earning commissions.

For Existing Clients

Your affiliate partner creates your account. You'll receive login credentials via SMS or email.

Visit portal.navipos.co.ke
Sign in with your credentials
View your license status on the dashboard
To renew, click Renew via M-Pesa and confirm the STK Push on your phone
