Stay connected with the NaviPOS admin team through real-time chat and support tools built into your partner portal.


Real-Time Chat

The partner portal includes a built-in chat system powered by real-time messaging:

  • Instant messaging with the NaviPOS admin and support team
  • Push notifications — get alerted when you receive a new message
  • Message history — all conversations are saved for reference
  • File sharing — attach screenshots or documents to chat messages

How to Use Chat

  1. Click the Chat icon in the sidebar or bottom-right corner
  2. Type your message and press Enter
  3. The admin team receives a real-time notification
  4. Responses typically come within minutes during business hours

Notifications

The bell icon in the top navigation shows your notifications:
