Stay connected with the NaviPOS admin team through real-time chat and support tools built into your partner portal.
Real-Time Chat
The partner portal includes a built-in chat system powered by real-time messaging:
- Instant messaging with the NaviPOS admin and support team
- Push notifications — get alerted when you receive a new message
- Message history — all conversations are saved for reference
- File sharing — attach screenshots or documents to chat messages
How to Use Chat
- Click the Chat icon in the sidebar or bottom-right corner
- Type your message and press Enter
- The admin team receives a real-time notification
- Responses typically come within minutes during business hours
Notifications
The bell icon in the top navigation shows your notifications:
