Step 1 — Apply

Visit navipos.co.ke and submit your application with:

  • Full name and business name
  • County and region you'll serve
  • Phone number (must be M-Pesa registered)
  • Brief description of your existing client base or experience

💡 Ideal candidates include IT professionals, computer shop owners, business consultants, and tech entrepreneurs.


Step 2 — Admin Review

The NaviPOS admin team reviews your application within 24 hours.

  • If approved: You receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS (Onfon Media) and email
  • If not approved: You receive a reason and can reapply after addressing it

Step 3 — Account Setup

  1. Go to resellers.navipos.co.ke/setup
  2. Enter your OTP (valid for 48 hours)
  3. Complete the setup wizard:
    • Personal and business details
    • County and region
    • Bank account details (for commission payouts)
    • M-Pesa number (for commission payouts)
    • Set your password
    • Enable two-factor authentication (recommended)

Step 4 — Start Working

After setup, your affiliate partner portal is fully unlocked. You start at Bronze tier (0–5 active clients).

Commission Tiers
