Client Portal Guide

The NaviPOS Client Portal at portal.navipos.co.ke is your self-service dashboard for managing your NaviPOS license and getting support.


Logging In

  1. Go to portal.navipos.co.ke
  2. Enter the email and password provided by your affiliate partner
  3. If this is your first login, you may be asked to verify your email

Dashboard

Your dashboard shows at a glance:

| Widget | Description | |--------|-------------| | License Status | Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired | | Days Remaining | Countdown to license expiry | | Your Partner | Name and contact details of your affiliate partner | | Open Tickets | Number of unresolved support tickets | | Recent Activity | Latest events on your account |


License Management

Go to License to see:

  • License type (Trial, Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime)
  • Issue date and expiry date
  • Hardware fingerprint (your machine's unique ID)
  • Renewal history

Renewing Your License

  1. Click Renew License
  2. Select renewal period
  3. Choose M-Pesa as payment method
  4. An STK Push is sent to your registered phone number
  5. Confirm the payment on your phone
  6. Your license extends automatically within seconds

Support Tickets

If you experience any issues with NaviPOS:

  1. Go to Support → New Ticket
  2. Enter a subject and detailed description
  3. Select priority:
    • Low — General questions, feature requests
    • Medium — Technical issues affecting some functionality
    • High — Urgent problems preventing you from using NaviPOS
  4. Submit — the support team and your affiliate partner are notified
  5. You'll receive notifications when there's a reply
  6. Reply directly from the ticket page

Invoices

Go to Invoices to view and download PDF invoices for all your license payments. Useful for business record-keeping and tax purposes.


Notifications

The bell icon shows your notifications:

  • License expiry reminders
  • Payment confirmations
  • Support ticket updates
  • New NaviPOS version releases
