Client Portal Guide
The NaviPOS Client Portal at portal.navipos.co.ke is your self-service dashboard for managing your NaviPOS license and getting support.
Logging In
- Go to
portal.navipos.co.ke - Enter the email and password provided by your affiliate partner
- If this is your first login, you may be asked to verify your email
Dashboard
Your dashboard shows at a glance:

License Management
Go to License to see:
- License type (Trial, Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime)
- Issue date and expiry date
- Hardware fingerprint (your machine's unique ID)
- Renewal history
Renewing Your License
- Click Renew License
- Select renewal period
- Choose M-Pesa as payment method
- An STK Push is sent to your registered phone number
- Confirm the payment on your phone
- Your license extends automatically within seconds
Support Tickets
If you experience any issues with NaviPOS:
- Go to Support → New Ticket
- Enter a subject and detailed description
- Select priority:
- Low — General questions, feature requests
- Medium — Technical issues affecting some functionality
- High — Urgent problems preventing you from using NaviPOS
- Submit — the support team and your affiliate partner are notified
- You'll receive notifications when there's a reply
- Reply directly from the ticket page
Invoices
Go to Invoices to view and download PDF invoices for all your license payments. Useful for business record-keeping and tax purposes.
Notifications
The bell icon shows your notifications:
- License expiry reminders
- Payment confirmations
- Support ticket updates
- New NaviPOS version releases
